Club members are invited to display their images on the Club Website.
In order to ensure that images do not take up too much space on a page but are large enough to be seen and appreciated the following sizing guidelines are offered.
For images from a 35mm / DSLR camera at 3:2 aspect ratio:
1024 pixels x 683 pixels for landscape
512 pixels x 768 pixels for portrait
For images from a Digital Compact camera at 4:3 aspect ratio:
1024 pixels x 768 pixels for landscape
576 pixels x 768 pixels for portrait
For images from Photoshop (or similar), medium format cameras or images which have been heavily cropped (e.g. panoramas):
Maximum width 1024 pixels for landscape format
Maximum height 768 pixels for portrait format
Maximum 768 pixels x 768 pixels for square format
ALL IMAGES SHOULD BE SUPPLIED IN JPEG FORMAT
